Senior Manufacturing Manager

Assists in creating and maintaining a culture where safety is top priority.
Manages the operations for an 80,000 sq ft manufacturing site.
Responsible to manage all aspects of production including a diverse team of managers, supervisors and technical staff across multiple shifts, 18 hr/5 day operations.
Trains and mentors assigned teams to advance in high-performance teamwork and operational excellence.
Participates in operational planning to achieve on time delivery and accurate production forecasting for all product lines without compromising safety or quality.
Develops planning methodologies to improve operational efficiencies without compromising safety or quality.
Develops and employs strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and manufacturing productivity.
Works with HR to assess, develop, and manage staffing models that drive efficiency and productivity across production areas.
