Operations Specialist - Pennington
Are you passionate about financial markets and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Trade Support Specialist to provide post-trade support for Fixed Income, Equities, and Options across Wealth Management branches, Edge, and the Investment Solutions Group.
As the key link between trading desks in New York & Chicago and North American advisory branches, you’ll handle trade inquiries, reconciliation, booking, and exception management while ensuring seamless operations.

salary: $22.28 - $22.29 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Email inquiries for Equities, Options & Fixed Income financial products
- Provides trade reporting support, including several trade reports that are sent out each day
- Trade booking and research of reconciliation breaks
- handling of Trading Rejects & Exceptions each day. This includes cancelling and adjusting of some orders
- Cross training on financial investment products and how to support them
