The World’s Largest Search Engine is Seeking a Program Manager in Mountainview!
Location: Hybrid – Mountain View, CAEstimated Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Standard PST business hours
Hourly Pay Rate: $37.44 - $49.22 per hour
Project Overview
The Program Coordinator III will support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for DeepMind’s (GDM) regional offices in Mountain View and San Francisco. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with GDM Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workplace coordination.
Team Overview
DeepMind’s International Operations Team oversees the operations of its global offices, ensuring smooth functionality across locations.
Responsibilities- Provide operational support for GDM offices in Mountain View and San Francisco.
- Plan and execute space moves and improvements in collaboration with Workplace teams.
- Oversee new starter onboarding, including office tours and the executive onsite onboarding program.
- Manage building access approvals and site governance coordination.
- Plan and deliver office events in collaboration with the Events team.
- Coordinate external collaborations within GDM.
- Support visitor experience and local process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, Events, or Hospitality.
- Ability to execute defined tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience working across multiple offices and countries.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with Google or a large multinational organization.
- Cross-functional work experience coordinating across different domains or departments.
Pay Details: $37.44 to $49.22 per hour
