We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry at our Marlboro, Massachusetts location. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving billing disputes, processing commercial collections, and maintaining customer service excellence.

• Handle and resolve disputes related to billing and collections promptly and professionally
• Perform commercial collections activities and keep accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to monitor customer accounts and take necessary action
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries effectively
• Maintain the accuracy of customer credit records by updating information as needed
• Ensure efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Manage billing collection procedures to ensure timely payments.
• Proficiency in Collections
• Commercial and Commercial Collections is essential.
• Must possess a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to resolve disputes effectively and professionally.
• Experience in billing and billing collection is necessary.
• Knowledge of the waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry is beneficial.
