Requirements
Market and sell various insurance products to families and small business ownersAnalyze the client's current insurance policies and suggest improvements or additional coverage
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards. ExperiencePrior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Bilingual/ multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance underwriters.
Ability to analyze client information and recommend suitable insurance products.
Ability to follow a simple duplicatable system.
Willingness to train with a mentor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePotential Income: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
License/Certification: Life Insurance License, or be willing to work towards obtaining a license.
