My client is a General Contractor in the Greater St. Louis area seeking to fill a project manager position. They provide construction management, design/build, and general contracting services for their clients. They focus on tilt wall, senior living/multifamily, commercial, retail, and medical projects.They are currently growing at a very high rate with an annual revenue of $120M as of 2023. They like to challenge their employees to provide innovative, top quality work on projects ranging up to $60M in value. My client values team work and establishes a collaborate mindset at the start of every project to ensure success.
They are looking to add an experienced project manager to their team.
Job Description- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
- Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules
- Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
- Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Travel is minimal

The Successful Applicant- 8-10+ years of General Contracting experience
- 3+ years of experience in a full project manager role
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience is a huge plus
- Ability to manage projects $10M-$15M in value or multiple smaller ones
- Must be able to lead projects
- Success driven
- Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
- Base salary $120,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience
