Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Manager to oversee our online accounts, manage a talented team of professionals, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of online marketplaces and digital marketing techniques, the ability to drive performance and growth, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Leg Avenue's presence across various online accounts, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart and company website.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain ecommerce sales & digital marketing strategies to optimize each account platform performance and stay updated on new features and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase visibility, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze omni-channel marketplace metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and support the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and respond to online marketplace changes and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns in line with company objectives and ecommerce marketplace opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or similar roles.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of major online marketplaces, their algorithms, and seller best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry is a plus.

Candidate is eligible for medical benefits starting the 1st day of the month after 60 days, along with paid vacation and personal time after 90 days. Paid vacation is accrued at 1.54 hour per week, up to 80 hours per year, and personal emergency time (sick time) is advanced at 40 hours (5 days) per year.

Additionally, candidate is eligible to enroll in the company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan on the Plan’s open enrollment date following completion of one year of regular employment.
