Legal Administrative Assistant

We are offering a short-term Part Time 20 hours a week contract employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Coral Gables, Florida. The Legal Assistant will be at the heart of our operations, managing attorney schedules, liaising with clients, and assisting with e-filing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the calendars of attorneys meticulously to ensure smooth operations
• Engage in communication with clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly
• Assist in the process of e-filing, ensuring all documents are correctly submitted
• Take on other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining flawless records
• Correspond via email effectively, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication
• Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word efficiently to perform tasks and maintain records.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and promptly.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.
• Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills are essential.
• Capability to handle email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
