Senior Business Process Analyst
Overview:
LMI is seeking a Senior Audit Business Process Analyst that support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment (OASD(Sustainment)) in its mission to assure compliance and governance to enable the delivery and sustainment of critical capabilities to U.S. Service Members and our allies. Ensures a balance of logistics and sustainment priorities, while creating and maintaining efficient and effective financial and business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Performs gap analyses or similar business process reviews (DoD experience preferred);
- Supports the conduct of programs including establishing requirements such as project schedules, milestones and project spend.
- Provides scheduling and tracking of program and project performance associated with performance and financial benchamarks
- Supports the PM in overseeing integration of both discrete tasks and project-wide requirements to ensure milestones are met.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates should demonstrate significant technical experience with DoD advanced technology programs, the management of technical projects, or equivalent occupational experience
- 3 years or more of relevant experience
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field, equivalent experience/certification in a relevant field, or substantial equivalent occupational experience
- Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
