Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. Located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, the Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing financial data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be managing accounts for clients, ensuring their financial matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Effectively manage and handle client bank accounts
• Efficiently track and record client social security income and status
• Ensure full compliance with medical and government regulations pertaining to client benefits
• Utilize your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform Bookkeeping and Data Entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
• Apply your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle and present data effectively
• Conduct Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Handle Month End Close tasks to ensure all financial data for the month is accurate and complete
• Manage Payroll activities to ensure all client payroll activities are handled in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide strong customer service to handle client needs. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Extensive knowledge in Bookkeeping
• Excellent skills in Data Entry
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close operations
• Experience in managing Payroll
