Retail Customer Service Associate - Outside The Box Shipping

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Demonstrate expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines to assist customers effectively
• Handle complex customer orders, provide accurate pricing information, and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Prepare and process parcels for shipping, including packaging and labeling items appropriately
• Operate printing, binding, and related equipment using provided media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized retail store environment
• Multi-task efficiently to handle customer inquiries while managing store activities
• Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and learning within the retail store setting
• Work with minimal supervision while adhering to all team member and retail store standards

• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency for processing orders and communicating with customers
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
• Perform work activities that require cooperation and instruction

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least 6 months of specialized experience, preferably in retail or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for order processing and communication
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Your availability for flexible shifts between 8 AM - 7 PM, Monday through Sunday.
• Comfortable with a base salary ranging from $17.25 to $18.50 per hour, plus commission on certain tasks.

• Our stores are open 7 days a week between 8AM-7PM. We are looking for a Full-Time Employee (35-45 Hrs. Per Week) Would you be available for any shift?
