Who will be an excellent fit for this role?

A highly skilled and professional IT Audit professional responsible for leading a dynamic team of cybersecurity and assurance professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of assurance and cybersecurity principles and best practices.
The Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing engagement strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the overall quality of client work. We seek a self-starter and strong contributor unafraid to take the initiative. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, efficient multitasker and a problem-solver.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Preference for technical certifications including CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and similar
What experience is required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering IT Audit and cybersecurity in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams. What knowledge and skills you will need
  • Exceptional English written language and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives on collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT Audit and cybersecurity. • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
