We are in the search for a Relationship Manager to be a part of our team in the Financial Services industry, situated in Los Angeles, California. This role entails the provision of comprehensive support in an E-Banking and Treasury Management environment, with a keen emphasis on client retention and high-quality customer service.

The successful candidate will be tasked with offering technical assistance and training to both commercial and retail clients, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our eBanking and Treasury management systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for E-Banking & Treasury Management clients, both new and existing.
  • Handle the troubleshooting and resolution of issues with a focus on maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Perform operational duties and system maintenance for all Treasury Management products.
  • Collaborate with Vendors and App stores to update and maintain systems.
  • Conduct training for clients on various bank system platforms and services, including online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
  • Participate in the testing and support of new processes and workflows as Treasury Management services expand.
  • Ensure clean audits by adhering to set procedures in areas of E-Banking, Remote Deposit Capture & Treasury Management products implementation.
  • Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness and perform system maintenance for quality assurance.
  • Generate and review reports for system auditing.
  • Resolve problems or issues effectively and escalate them in a timely manner to optimize the customer experience.
  • Contribute to departmental projects by following test scripts, validating data, and working closely under the direction of management. • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial management software such as 3M, ADP
  • Financial Services, ATS
  • Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Banking software is required.
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms and About Time software is a must.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking operations is essential.
  • Exceptional client relations skills are necessary.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Applicants must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client portfolios and balance the needs of each.
  • Experience in designing and implementing strategies to nurture client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
