No Coffee Fetchers Here! We’ll bring you on as an intern only if a manager identifies a specific need and commits to overseeing your professional development. You’ll do real work that adds value to the organization, helps you learn and grow, and lays the groundwork for a possible career with Commonwealth once you graduate.
We are committed to establishing long-lasting relationships with you and intentionally identifying permanent roles where we can.
Our internship program includes a three-day orientation process, professional development classes, various networking opportunities and invitations to company events, interactions with senior leadership, a group giving-back initiative, and a Shark Tank–style project experience. We like to have fun while we work!
Are You In?Over the years, our internship program has evolved and become significantly more competitive. We receive hundreds of applications for 15 to 30 summer internships every year. To help us understand your interest in a Commonwealth summer internship, a cover letterisrequired with your résumé.
We encourage you to note specific departments of interest in your cover letter, but we can’t guarantee an interview or placement in those departments. If you’re hired, we are committed to helping you learn, no matter where you land in the organization.A great workplace—and a rewarding internship or job—is about so much more than the day-to-day tasks.
Due to the high volume of résumés we receive, it is not possible for us to personally respond to every applicant. If we feel you are a good match for one of our internship positions, we will be in touch.
Have we piqued your curiosity? Can you see yourself thriving in this opportunity?
