POSITION OVERVIEW:

Maintain all aspects of the general ledger for accuracy, timeliness and completeness.Pays: $65,000-$70,000 per year KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintain general ledger accounting functions

-Reconcile assigned intercompany accounts-Reconcile assigned account receivables-Prepare bank reconciliations-Prepare cost report schedules and reports-Maintain fixed asset schedules and record monthly depreciation expense-Prepare and post monthly entries closing entries-Close-out accrued balance sheet accounts-Manage government grants as assigned-Prepare audit schedules and work with external auditors-Produce ad hoc analysis reports and projects as requested-Participate in the preparation of annual budgets-Research with regard to appropriately recording accounting transactions with document support-Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting,

-5+ years of progressive accounting experience required-Non- Profit experience a plus-Knowledge of GAAP and Uniform Guidance cost principles-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills-Excellent verbal and written communication-Experience with Fund-Ez and Sage Fixed Asset a plus-Have you ever worked with Acacia Network or any of our affiliate?
