Lead Cabinet Installer Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in cabinet installation (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Excellent time management skills

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of cabinetry construction
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Full Job Description for Installation Technician:

• Responsible for the installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and re-facing
• Unbox and inspect all cabinets upon delivery
• Ability to read plans and effectively layout a kitchen
• Make necessary modifications to cabinets
• Conduct post-installation quality control checks and customer walk-throughs to ensure satisfaction
• Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs and expectations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Install products according to set timelines while ensuring quality craftsmanship
• Collaborate as a team player and coordinate effectively with co-workers
• Continuously enhance and demonstrate depth of job skills and knowledge

**Compensation: $20.00 to $37.50 per hour**
