Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.Strong proficiency in [QuickBooks/Xero/Sage or other accounting software] is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations.
- Work closely with accountants to support audits and tax preparation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
