Job Overview

Conwar Hire Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record in inside sales, with a focus on B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various lead generation methods
  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and track sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product/service improvements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
