The Deployment Order Manager is a role responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics customers. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end Deployment order management, Problem Service Reports, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting and inventory health review.

The Deployment Order Manager is a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, analyzing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements. The successful candidate is inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, energized by the challenge to raise the bar, has strong writing and communication skills, demonstrates sound judgment, has a keen attention to detail, and actively supports and fosters a culture of inclusion.

Key job responsibilities
  • Actively supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion
  • Managing Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time
  • Executing Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches
  • Partnering with procurement and logistics teams for site health readiness
  • Communicating site health readiness to the customer
  • Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues
  • Troubleshooting system deficiencies
  • Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
  • Contributing to process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
