Medical Financial Analyst - MFA24-14128

Pay: $56 - $58 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Financial Analyst with strong project management and financial reconciliation skills to support financial operations, especially involving managed care contracts. This role involves analyzing pricing, trends, and assisting with Charge Master development within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple financial projects under the guidance of the manager.
• Conduct financial reconciliation with payor for "Pre-Bundle" and "Post-Bundle" phases.
• Develop accurate pricing models, particularly for service bundles.
• Assist with Charge Description Master (CDM) and Charge Master development.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and interpret managed care contracts, focusing on CPT codes and healthcare contract terminology.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure goals and initiatives are met.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Three or more years of experience working with managed care contracts or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contract terminology (i.e., CPT codes).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience with EPIC and financial reconciliation processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in healthcare billing, coding, and pricing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial data analysis.

Certifications: Project Management experience is a plus.
