Job Description- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure all project activities are aligned and on schedule.
- Technical Oversight: Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with design and engineering standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, change orders, and meeting minutes, to ensure clear communication and tracking.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a safe work environment.

The Successful Applicant- Technical Expertise: 1-3 years experience in engineering principles, construction methods, and project management practices.

- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
