About Our Client
Our client is a $100M global supply chain and logsitics comapny that is B-corp certified and offers project logistics for clients across all industries. They are a remote comapny but operate in many of the major US ports and provide complete shipping solutions for Africa, Middle East, South America and Asia.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Solution Selling:
Identify and understand customer needs to recommend tailored supply chain solutions, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. Use consultative sales techniques to position products and services that will provide optimal customer benefit.
- Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise:
- Sales Presentation & Negotiation:
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with sales support, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to help refine and optimize supply chain solutions.

The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in supply chain solutions, logistics, or related industries.
- A strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations, or transportation is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and time management.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote territory.
- Technology:
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
