Customer Service Representative

Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and processing applications.

• Address customer inquiries regarding prescription drug benefits with professionalism and accuracy
• Efficiently process customer applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Work autonomously while recognizing the importance of coordinating efforts with other teams and departments
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Provide consistent and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
• Use remote assistance tools to support customers
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Have a basic understanding of pharmacy claims and pharmacy benefit management. • Must have experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Ability to Assist Customers effectively and efficiently
• Prior experience in a Call Center environment is essential
• Must be able to handle a Fast Paced Call Center
• Experience in an Inbound Call Center is required
• Demonstrated ability to manage High Volume Call Center situations
• Familiarity with Call Center Metrics is a plus
• Ability to provide Remote Assistance to customers
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Knowledge in the Pharmacy sector is beneficial
• Experience with Pharmacy Claim handling is desired
• Understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management is advantageous
