Responsibilities
  • Review open process orders by running various data reports via company system.
  • Entering and processing of work orders.
  • Work with supervisor to track-down and rectify entry errors.
  • Ensure inventory is managed daily and updated.
  • Communicate timely of service tickets & work orders are properly entered.
  • Administrative duties as assigned while speaking with customer and clients in a professional manner.
  • Assists with planning and scheduling daily operations of the office and departments
  • Scheduling of meeting minutes and calendar management for direct supervisor
  • Potential employee relations duties included with HR team
