Your tasks will range from analyzing financial results and data to optimizing business outcomes through strategic forecasting.

• Analyze and consolidate operational and financial results and data
• Prepare reports, identify trends, and elucidate variances between forecasts and actual figures
• Aid in the management of the company's budget and forecast model
• Calculate monthly revenue by examining historical data on collections and volume
• Analyze and report revenue and collections by customer, account type, and sales representatives
• Assist in calculating sales commissions and compensation
• Initiate and lead efforts to continually improve the company's KPI reporting
• Engage in and support strategic and operational projects as required
• Act as a liaison between the Finance department and other departments
• Collaborate with the FP& A manager and team to enhance efficiencies in current processes and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or life sciences.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
• Laboratory, diagnostic, or healthcare experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) preferred.
