We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Coordinator in Bronxville, New York. In this role, you will be part of our team and will be tasked with a range of responsibilities including event coordination, customer service, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records on a regular basis
  • Handle inquiries and resolve them promptly
  • Support the department with daily clerical tasks such as answering phones and checking mail inboxes
  • Assist with invoice submissions and data entry tasks
  • Interact with workers and help navigate requests that come through
  • Coordinate with other departments such as facilities and campus safety
  • Attend events and provide on-the-ground support as needed
  • Demonstrated experience in Event Coordination
  • Proven track record in Customer Service
  • Proficient in Data Entry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
