ERP Business Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Local candidates only)

Job Summary:

The Senior ERP Business Analyst will optimize ERP systems, improve governance, and design data infrastructure to enhance business application performance. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, primarily leveraging Microsoft Business Central ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and identify gaps in current processes.
• Manage multiple development requests with external consultants.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality control.
• Design data architecture to meet business requirements and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Navision/Business Central preferred), ideally in retail, brokers, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations.
• Experience with EDI document integration.
• Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
