We are currently seeking a results-driven Paid Media Digital Marketing Specialist to join an expanding dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing paid digital marketing activities across a variety of digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail. Experience in an agency setting is preferred, but not required. You will work with a small but mighty marketing team to drive meaningful campaigns and work to grow the business' online presence across several markets and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for paid media channels such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and reporting across all paid media investment to achieve company KPIs.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance across multiple channels.
- Keeping up to date with paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research.
- Work closely with other team members to meet client goals.
- Optimize campaigns for post-click conversion to ensure high ROI.
- Develop SEO strategies and work to execute Best practices for Social Media, PPC, and SEO marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
- Previous experience in art direction and social media strategy is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
