Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage patient records using various computer programs and EHR systems.
• Verify patients' eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
• Carry out the administrative tasks related to patient billing functions.
• Contribute to clinical trial operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Use Spanish language skills as needed to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Oversee the administration of medical insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in computer programs and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Experience with answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
• Knowledge of billing functions within the medical industry
• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs
• Experience in claim administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations
• Proficient in medical insurance verification procedures
• Ability to efficiently schedule appointments
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
