• Greet and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our warehouse operating systems.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Lift and carry items up to 50lbs as needed for stocking and customer needs.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
