Litter Cleanout CDL Driver

• Shovel, blow, and haul litter while following BIO-SECURITY regulations.
• Load & unload trucks when at destination
• Must ensure tarp cover is securely fastened.
• Ensure that the tractor and trailer is clean each day inside and out to include filling tank with fuel at the end of each.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Document and log work/rest periods
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations.
• Trucking School Certificate of Training or at least 1 year of actual commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL class A license

ADA REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk, stoop, bend, climb, repetitive motions, see and distinguish colors, and hear
