Responsibilities:

• Provide proficient legal advice and counsel to the team
• Handle and resolve legal inquiries and complaints effectively
• Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat to manage and maintain accurate legal documents
• Manage and process client contracts with precision and efficiency
• Utilize '3M' and 'Conveyancer' for effective legal process management
• Administer claims and handle civil litigation matters
• Engage in the briefing process for case preparation
• Oversee and manage consumer electronics related legal matters
• Handle risk insurance renewal processes
• Applicants must possess a detail-oriented degree in law from an accredited institution.
• Candidates should have proven experience as an attorney or lawyer, preferably in the Research & Development sector.
• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat is required.
• Experience in using Case Management Software is necessary.
• Candidates must be skilled in Conveyancer and Document Management.
• Excellent briefing skills are a must.
• Experience in civil litigation is required.
• Candidates must possess strong skills in claim administration.
• Applicants should have experience in complaint handling.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics is preferred.
