We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, intuitive digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and marketing to deliver visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and overall product strategy.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine features and functionalities.
- Perform iterative design improvements based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings to enhance the user experience.
- Establish and maintain visual design standards and UI patterns across the product.
- Ensure the platform adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in responsive design.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for collaborating with development teams.
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within digital or tech-focused environments.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and successful digital projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Experience working within agile development environments.
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
