We are working on a contract to hire Administrative Assistant role located in Tinton Falls NJ! The Administrative Assistant is required to manage everyday administrative duties to help an organization run smoothly. The successful candidate will be oriented to details, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
- Support colleagues and executives by facilitating internal communication
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
- Schedule appointments, events, and meetings as needed
- Coordinate and arrange staff and other meetings
- Prepare reports and paperwork as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, customers, and visitors at all times
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities or special projects
