As a Help Desk Analyst I, your primary role will involve solving technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workstations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to users, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems related to Microsoft Windows and other operating systems.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve workstation performance.
- Monitor and manage help desk inquiries, providing prompt responses.
- Regularly update customer records and ensure their accuracy.
- Utilize your knowledge of PC Desktops - Workstations to improve user experience.
- Take appropriate action to maintain the security and functionality of customer accounts.
- Continuously monitor customer credit applications and process them as required.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer credit records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows including its various operating systems and software
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PC Desktop - Workstation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries promptly and effectively
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Proactive learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
