Construction Project Manager - Commercial InteriorsCharlotte, NC Job Description: -Manage project life cycle including subcontractor negotiations and buyout, project scheduling, material procurement, RFI’s, pencil draws, change order management and project close out-Conduct meetings with clients, architects and other partners to provide project updates; engage in team collaboration and communication with the Superintendent to proactively resolve any on-site issues keeping the project on track-Generate detailed and accurate conceptual budgets from space plans, and/or renderings and/or scope notes-Take an active role in and guide jobs and job teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services-Take a big picture view of strategy, risk assessment, and profitability and continuously communicate this view throughout the life of the project-Identify and focus on critical issues related to constructability including associated costs and logistical issues-Lead and manage multiple and/or larger, more complex projects with limited PX involvement
