• Design/Build firm specializing in healthcare, light industrial, commercial, and senior living spaces.
• $50m/year in revenue
• Based in Milwaukee, WI
• Average project size $1-2m, 2000 sqft.
• Pride themselves on having a fun and inclusive culture

• Manage construction projects
• Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
• Assure all materials orders are executed
• Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
• Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
• Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
• Participate in company training sessions
• Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

• 4+ years of construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
• Experience working on $5M+ projects
• Motivation to lead and learn
• Polished communication skills
• Commercial experience
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ground up experience

• Base salary as high as $120K (Experience dependent)
