As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and creative Furniture Designer to join our dynamic team and help them shape the future of furniture design.

education: Bachelors

• Motivated, organized, initiative-taker with the ability to drive a design to manufacturing completion.
• Manage the engineering review process to ensure designs meet our quality and build standards.
• Ensure the engineering team has all details relevant to the work they are expected to perform.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for engineering and build processes.
• Extremely effective communication/presentation skills.
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of furniture trends, ability to research styles and distinguish which styles will gain momentum and the direction of the industry.
• Knowledge of materials, such as fabric, wood, and metal.
• strong analytical skills that clearly demonstrate ability to analyze and solve complex problems and produce creative solutions within appropriate deadlines.
• 5+ years of experience designing upholstery and case goods.
