This position reports to the Academic Programs Unit, under the purview of the Associate Dean.
Responsibilities:
The position will indirectly report to the Director/Program Manager for daily tasks associated with their work responsibilities, while being under the supervision of the Instructor & Program Services Manager. Additionally, with guidance from both the Director/Program Manager and IPSM, the position will be responsible for organizing and conducting the administrative aspects of existing public educational courses, as well as implementing new programs and course materials.

Required:
- Thorough knowledge of functional area and understanding of how work may impact other areas.
- Thorough analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills
- Thorough and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of and skill in delivering programs.
- Thorough knowledge of current public educational programs and trends.
- Skill in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments; i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- 4-6 years Working in Higher Education
Special Conditions:
- Traveling throughout Orange County may be required.
