Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead for the CSR team, assisting with coaching and training.
- Support the CSR team in handling customer inquiries, scheduling, and problem resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the CSRs and management, providing feedback and insights.
- Assist in refining customer service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to help CSRs meet their goals.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer service, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership Abilities: A natural motivator who enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications.
