W2 hourly Contract: $65 -80 per hour*

As a Engineering Team Lead working on site in Canonsburg facility, you will lead a program and manage a team of engineers responsible for successfully delivering advanced Torpedo Guidance and Control systems for the US Navy. This includes advancing the company's technical vision, meeting customer commitments and fostering innovation.
Our DPME must have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and an interest in learning and adapting to new technologies quickly, maximizing the potential of any new technology, and thinking critically about the needs of the warfighter. Your success will require excellent communication skills, a passion for technical progress and improvement, intellectual curiosity, and a strong motivation to lead and nurture a cross functional team.
Key metrics and responsibilities of this role include both technical and managerial objectives which will be shared with all qualified applicants Basic requirements for this role include:-US Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field,-A minimum of 8 years of recent and relevant hands on technical experience; or 6+ with a Master's degree -Must have strong technical system engineering background, as well as leadership experience, including cost, scheduling and technical management/technical and management credibility demonstrated through past experiences-Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing geographically disbursed teams.You know how to build high-performing teams and have significant experience in mentoring coaching and developing others.
