Sr. Data Analyst Role

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets related to class action settlements, which often contain millions of records.
• Communicate continuously to navigate through thin requirements, making informed judgment calls.
• Create and enhance data cleaning and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and legal teams to understand specific claim requirements and constraints.
• Evaluate claims based on project guidelines, identifying any inconsistencies, fraudulent activities, or missing information.
• Utilize data-driven insights to aid in decision-making regarding claim approvals, denials, or deficiencies.
• Offer leadership and guidance to central data support members on collaborative tasks.
• Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Propose and implement process improvements to ensure more efficient data handling in future settlements.
• Document all processes, data structures, and decisions made for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in Analytics
• Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) techniques
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents
• Expertise in SQL database querying language
• Proficiency in Python programming language
