As the Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will:
- Process full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Handle intercompany accounts and transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Oversee cash management activities and ensure efficient use of resources
- Utilize ADP - Payroll system to process payroll and record related payroll entries
- Maintain accurate records of fixed asset accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries as part of the financial reporting process
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with ADP - Payroll is required
- Knowledge of Intercompany Accounts and Intercompany Transactions
- Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
- Experience in Cash Management
- Proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting
- Familiarity with creating Journal Entries
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
