Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Projects - MD is responsible for:
- Assist in managing construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the construction of various projects, including apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools (K-12), and universities within the DMV area.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Project Manager - K-12 Projects - MD will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
- Proven experience overseeing at least one ground-up building project with a minimum value of $20 million.
- Familiarity with construction processes and standards specific to the DMV area.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and all MS Office programs.
- Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Sage 300 Timberline, and Textura preferred.

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
- Up to 10% bonus potential
