- Oversee and manage the operation of the payroll department, ensuring that all aspects of payroll processing are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain the HRIS database and ensure that all changes in employment status are accurately reflected in payroll.
- Cooperate with HR department to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, promotions, terminations, and other status changes.
