Senior Manager, Multicultural & Inclusive Solutions

Responsibilities:-
Build strategic, authentic and creative marketing strategies that help our clients connect with diverse audiences building from existing cultural moments (i.e., Oscars, ESPY's, etc.), new franchise development (i.e., content initiatives/platforms), and new product creation/facilitation -
Leverage research and insights to ensure that our ideas and campaigns are rooted in data with a deep awareness of the cultural values of each audience segment-
Ensure we have outcome-based measurement associated with key programs and opportunities; working with the Research team to facilitate and report out-
Lead execution of MC&I Purposeful Initiatives (i.e. Project Elevate) in partnership with necessary stakeholders-
Partner with Sales to ensure tracking of all solutions, executions, and budget management-
Serve as a subject matter expert in multicultural and inclusive marketing; sharing that expertise with Streaming, Sports, Entertainment & Local Brand Solutions, CreativeWorks, Client Connect, Category Strategy, Sales Communications and other teams to ensure that our work is culturally relevant and inclusive to all diverse audiences-
Support Learning & Development to build MC&I related training courses-
Work closely with our brand leaders to identify & create new brand moments and tentpoles that can drive revenue, relevancy, and resonance-
Manage the Advertising relationship with Translation | UnitedMasters-
Partner with Sales leads to attend client meetings to help sell through MC&I ideas/proposals-Accelerate relationships and partnerships with trade organizations, agencies and other vendors who specialize in multicultural & inclusive marketing
