**Job Description Summary:**
The CT Technologist operates computed tomography scanners for a variety ofprocedures following directives of staff radiologists. He She is responsible
for explaining procedures to the patients, administering contrast media as
requested, and scheduling patients in an organized manner. All duties
performed per approved protocol.
This opening located at Mansfield Hospital is for a part-time casual(PRNcontingent) working on an as needed basis. There is no set schedule or
guaranteed weekly hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESObtains patient clinical history for procedure.

Administers oral and IV contrast mediaOperates CT scanners for variety of procedures.
Coordinates workload with other clinical sections and departments.
Monitors quality in patient care functions.
