Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the project management team
- Work closely with the estimating team to assist in bid proposals
- Handle and process paperwork related to construction projects
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of construction contracts
- Maintain a clear understanding of construction industry processes and terminology
- Ensure efficient transaction flow within the project management team
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels among internal teams

- Minimum of one year of experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in bid proposal creation and management
- Demonstrated understanding of contracts within the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction estimating and related software

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is preferred
