Candidate Responsibilities
Worker will receive tickets through ServiceNow. Tickets will need accessed and either resolved by worker or triaged to the appropriate business analyst.
Typical Day
Worker will review the ticket incidents in their work queue, resolve where possible, utilize other teammates to resolve tickets as needed, test software fixes, and communicate with internal customer on status of ticket resolutions. Hours are flexible. Core hours are 9-4.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's required. 2-4 years of experience required.
Technical Skills
Required: Application support. Experience with an incident ticket tracking tool. Desired: Experience using ServiceNow as a ticket tracking tool. Supporting applications such as Salesforce and Oracle EBS. Demonstrated knowledge of and the demonstrated ability to apply math computation skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as statistics and other mathematical concepts.Demonstrated ability to identify systems’ deficiencies and recommend new technology to correct the deficiencies. Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems operations sufficient to analyze systems for implementation applicability in the business area.
