This position will provide crucial operational and administrative support, which includes working with various software and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the processing of customer orders with precision and promptness
  • Handle the entry of inventory receipts into the system effectively
  • Generate daily orders for the warehouse team and manage rush order processes
  • Utilize warehouse management systems for efficient operations
  • Use Excel for necessary calculations and data management
  • Understand and interpret numeric data related to inventory and orders
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed
  • Collaborate with team members for efficient order fulfillment
  • Maintain customer service standards by resolving customer inquiries
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP Solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas
  • Experience with order entry and fulfillment
  • Skilled in taking customer orders and providing customer service
  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory and distribution processes
  • Administrative office skills
  • Ability to track inventory effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferable but not mandatory.
